Astoria, OR – According to the statement, the office is located at 450 Marine Dr, Suite 200, in Astoria.

Officials have announced alternate locations for people to get in-person services in the Astoria area.

This week, portable trailers were delivered to the building’s parking lot for in-person visits.

People who need services from our Child Welfare (CW) and Self-Sufficiency Programs (SSP) can visit these trailers beginning May 1.

People who need in-person services from our Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) program ─ including people who don’t have appointments ─ should visit us at the Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare offices located at 65 North Hwy 101, Suite 204, in Warrenton. Hours at this location are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

For people who can’t get to an alternate location, there are more ways to get help:

    • Call the ONE Customer Service Center with questions about medical, food, cash and child care benefits at 1-800-699-9075
    • If you need an EBT card, you can visit NorthWest Senior and Disability Services at 2002 Chokeberry Ave, SE in Warrenton, Oregon
    • Reach out to the state’s Aging and Disability Resource Connection at 1-855-ORE-ADRC (1-855-673-2372)
    • If you suspect a child or adult is being harmed and want to make a confidential report, call the Oregon SAFEline at 1-855-503-SAFE (7233)
