Police officials said the mother reportedly grabbed a gun, drove to the man who aIIegedly se-ually assaulted her child for years and threatened to sh00t him unless he handed over a phone containing pictures and videos of his assaults. The 45-year-old man, later identified as Jeremy, was later arrested and charged with r-pe, chId moIesting and chiId expIoitation. Authorities began their investigation when the girl’s mother reportedly brought several devices into their office.

During an interview with investigators, the girl’s mother reportedly said that her underage daughter called her several days before and told her that she needs to tell her something important. The underage girl reportedly told her mom that she and Jeremy were having se-ual intercourse and the alleged abuse reportedly began when the girl was 8 years old. The girl also told her mom that Jeremy reportedly recorded the alleged se-ual assaults on his phone, L&C reported.

The mother, who was not identified, then asked her child where the phone was but she couldn’t find it. The mother then grabbed a gun and faced Jeremy. When the mother asked Jeremy about the abuse, he initially denied. Shortly after, the 45-year-old man reportedly admitted to having se* with the child only after she turned 16. When the mother threatened to sh00t the 45-year-old man unless he told her where he put his phone. Eventually, Jeremy revealed the location of the phone.

During an interview with investigators, the girl, who was not identified due to her age, reportedly said that the alleged abuse started when she was about 8 years old. The child also told investigators that everything started as fondIing, but quickly escalated to 0-aI se*. The child also told investigators that the 45-year-old man reportedly forced her into performing se-ual lntercourse by withholding her phone from her as punishment. When authorities investigated the suspect’s phone, they reportedly found images and videos which showed se-ual acts between the two. Court documents reveal that the phone had 560 images and 220 videos of the victim. Police said in several of the videos the victim is crying, wincing and even screaming in pain.
