Medford, OR – The City of Medford is inviting local artists to submit proposals for a new public mural planned for downtown.

According to city officials, the Medford Public Arts Selection Committee is seeking artists and artist teams from Jackson and Josephine counties to participate in the project.

The mural will be installed at the Bartlett–Middleford parking garage connection.

The selected design will center on the theme of “Connection.” The mural is planned to span four panels, each measuring 4 by 16 feet, for a total of 256 square feet.

City representatives said the project is part of ongoing efforts to enhance public spaces and support local artists. Interested applicants must submit their proposals by April 12, 2026.

Additional details regarding submission requirements and project specifications are available through the City of Medford.
