According to the court documents, the mother, later identified as 25-year-old Jenifer, was arrested and later charged with involuntary manslaughter and reckless endangerment in connection with her son’s death. Prosecutors claim the young mother reportedly left her 3-year-old chiId, YaeI, with his older siblings (7-year-old and 8-year-old) while she went to the local bar to drink and party, and then spend the night at the boyfriend’s home.

Prosecutors also said that the mother knew her 3-year-old child was sick and she even ignored the messages her older son sent her regarding his brother. The mother left her children alone unattended and went to party at a bar, and then continue the night at her boyfriend’s home. When the mother returned home the following morning, she found her son dead.

According to the court documents, the young mother knew her son was sick. The mother knew her youngest child suffered from a seizure disorder and hemophiIia. She also knew that her son vomited blood in the last couple days. She even brought her son to the hospital that week.

Prosecutors also said the mother went to a bar to drink alcohol for a number of hours. She then decided to stay at her boyfriend’s home, rather than going home to her children. The. mother even ignored the messages her worried 8-year-old son sent. The messages also included a video of the dying boy’s condition. The mother drank at the bar and sleep over at her boyfriend’s house, only to return home the next morning and find the toddler dead.
