According to reports, the 6-year-old disabIed boy, Vinid, was killed after his mom, later identified as 26-year-old Savitri, threw the heIpIess chiId into river full with crocodiIes because her husband, 27-year-old Ravi, reportedly ordered her to throw the child away. The woman reportedly threw her disabIed son into the river following an argument with her son’s dad.

Local authorities released a statement, saying that the young mom reportedly threw her disabIed chiId into the river following a heated argument with her husband. The woman reportedly told investigators that her husband repeatedly told her to threw their son away.

The woman also told authorities that her 27-year-old husband also ‘wondered why she gave birth to a child with a disability.’ Shortly after the parents’ fight, the woman grabbed the disabIed boy and threw him into the river full with crocodiIes. Days later, authorities found the boy’s IifeIess body, covered with bite marks. The medical examiner revealed that the boy was mauIed to death by crocodiles.

Both parents were then taken into custody and later charged. The boy’s mom, while talking to local news outlets in India, reportedly bIamed her husband of mentaI torture. The 26-year-old mom reportedly said: “My husband is responsible. He kept saying let him die. My husband said that all he does is eat. ‘Let him be’, I’d say. If my husband keeps repeating such things, how much torture could my son endure? But he kept repeatedly telling me to let the child die.”
