Police officials said the young man, Landon, was reportedly found dead inside his home. After 5 month long investigation, investigators took his 48-year-old dad Jamie, and their neighbors, 24-year-old Ryan and 43-year-old Tonya, into custody. All 3 suspects are facing multiple charged and years in prison for murder and drug trafficking.

When the police authorities arrived at the victim’s house it was immediately realized that this was not an ordinary case of death from an overdose. As the investigation proved, the 26-year-old did not voluntarily use the substance that cost him his life, but was forced to take methamphetamine and/or amphetamines by the three people.

As Deputy Constable pointed out, speaking about the shocking case, the three defendants not only forced Landon to take the drugs, but chose not to call 911 even when he was bleeding. If they had, and the victim had been given Narcan, which blocks the effects of opioids, in time, the man would be alive today. Before his arrest, the unconscious father posted on social media, responding aggressively to comments suggesting he may be responsible for his son’s death and referring to “conspiracy theories”.

“I just lost my son and I can’t grieve or find peace. There’s nothing suspicious, c@@it. Some people spread rumors and lies. I have enough problems, thanks. Keep this conspiracy m@@ck to yourself,” he wrote in a post in late March.
