Portland, OR – According to the police officials, the fatal shooting occurred on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 7:28p.m., Officers responded to a report of shots heard in the area of Southeast 74th Avenue and Southeast Powell Boulevard Frontage Road. When officers arrived they found a man deceased near an encampment. The suspect or suspects left the scene and no arrests have been made. The victim was later identified as 39-year-old Rene Ramirez Martinez. The Medical Examiner confirmed the manner and cause of death to be homicide by gunshot wound. No other information is available at the moment.

Portland, OR – According to the Portland Police Department, the shooting occurred around 3:09 a.m. early Monday morning. It happened on Northeast Glisan Street and Northeast 122nd Avenue. Portland Police Department officers responded to a shooting call. When the officers arrived on scene, they discovered that the victim was on their way to a hospital when they called 911 and reported the shooting. Portland, OR – According to the Portland Fire and Rescue officials, this unfortunate incident occurred around 12:47 a.m. early Monday morning. It happened on Northeast 72nd Avenue and Northeast Lombard Street. Portland Fire and Rescue crews responded to a report of a residential structure fire. The responding crews discovered that the fire was showing through the roof of the garage when crews arrived and eventually spread to the backside of the home.
