Portland, OR – According to the police officials, the shooting occurred n Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 3:56p.m. PPD officers responded to a report of someone shot in the 2000 block of Southeast 112th Avenue. When officers arrived they located a wounded juvenile male. Paramedics responded and the victim was transported to the hospital. He is listed in critical condition. The suspect or suspects left the scene and have not been located. No arrests have been made. No suspect information is being released at this time. Medford, OR – According to the city officials, Knife River Materials will begin tree and brush clearing along Foothill Road between Hillcrest and Delta Waters Roads starting Friday, February 17. Drivers should expect delays of up to 20 minutes, budget extra time and seek alternate routes. Initial construction will focus on the McAndrews Road interchange area of Foothill Road. The 34-year-old woman, later identified as Ashlee, reportedly passed out in the middle of the street.  She was then transported to the University Hospital by bystanders.  Unfortunately, she was unsuccessful in being resuscitated, and she passed away. Although the exact reason for her death is yet unknown, her sister, Chloe, shared the terrible news on Facebook, reports Mirror. The primary purpose of this project is to address safety along McAndrews Road.  As a result of these changes, residents will have better access to their homes.
