    Trans woman asked for an additional $5,000 from a man she was previously involved in a relationship with and thretened to disclose their affair to his wife if she wasn’t paid before he beat her to death, tied her body and dumped it in a ditch!

    Police officials said the  29-year-old man, later identified as Jose, was taken into custody and later charged with open murder and tampering with evidence after he reportedly killed the 35-year-old trans woman Sherlyn. Per reports, the victim and the suspect were previously involved in a se-ual relationship.

    On September 17, 2023, the 35-year-old trans woman finished a show and was never heard from again. On September 25, 2023, Sherlyn’s body was found near a ditch. During the investigation, authorities discovered that Jose was the main suspect. 

    During an interview with investigators, the 29-year-old man reportedly admitted to being in a secret affair with the 35-year-old trans woman. The suspect also told investigators that he compensated Sherlyn for her silence regarding their relationship. The 29-year-old man also told investigators that he was blckmailed by the trans woman.

    He reportedly gave Sherlyn undisclosed amount of money, before she asked for an additional $5,000. Sherlyn also threatened to disclose their relationship to his wife if she wasn’t paid, Jose told investigators. The 29-year-old man then beat the trans woman to death. Jose then tied Sherlyn’s body and dumped it in a ditch. This incident remains under investigation.
