Medford, OR – According to the city officials, the units will serve pregnant women experiencing homelessness and recovering from addiction.

This is a planned project that was originally approved as part of the 2023/24 CDBG Action in May 2023.

Last May, Oasis Center of the Rogue Valley was granted $413,000 to acquire the property located at 522 E. Main Street.

The transitional housing units will be located at 516, 518 and 520 E. Main Street.

The funding will come from the City’s Program Year 2023 funding allocation from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
