    Crabbing season opens up in Oregon on Wednesday, but several questions remain

    Wednesday is a big day on the Oregon Coast as commercial Dungeness Crabbing season officially opens.

    In a normal season, Crabbers would be pulling pots out of the water starting on Wednesday, but because of price negotiations, fisherman have yet to leave the docks. We’ll get our first look at what the season has in store, but there are still questions about pricing, and negotiations between the crabbers and the processers are still in flux.
