MEDFORD, Ore. – Hillcrest Hardware, the new Ace Hardware store, has officially broken ground on its new location in Medford, marking a significant expansion for the family-owned business. This will be the second store for the company, which has been a staple in the Rogue Valley for nearly a quarter of a century.

Following the success of Ashland Hardware, which has been in operation since 1936, Hillcrest Hardware promises to bring a wide range of products and services to the Medford community. The new location will feature 15,000 square feet of indoor retail space and an additional 5,000 square feet of outdoor space.

The store is expected to offer a variety of goods, including BBQs, lawn and garden supplies, plumbing and electrical items, and pool supplies. Customers will also be able to access services such as small engine repair and lock rekeying, making Hillcrest Hardware a one-stop shop for all hardware needs.

The owners of Hillcrest Hardware expressed their excitement about the opportunity to serve Medford residents and expand their reach beyond Ashland. “We’re thrilled to bring our high level of customer service and commitment to quality products to a new community,” they said in a statement. “It’s an exciting time for our business and for the area as we continue to grow.”

The Hillcrest location is set to join Ashland Hardware as a cornerstone of the region’s hardware retail scene. For the past 24 years, the family-owned business has built a reputation for quality service and products, and the new Medford store is expected to further solidify that reputation.

As construction moves forward, Medford residents can look forward to the opening of Hillcrest Hardware later this year.
