MEDFORD, Ore. — A snowstorm that swept through the region on Monday has caused widespread flight disruptions at Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport. Numerous flights departing from the airport have been canceled, with more cancellations expected throughout the day on Tuesday.

Affected flights include routes to major cities such as Seattle, Portland, Denver, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, and Phoenix. The storm’s impact has primarily been felt by outbound flights, though arrivals into Medford have largely remained on time or experienced only minor delays.

Travelers planning to fly out of the airport on Tuesday should expect continued uncertainty, as some early morning departures have already been canceled. Airport officials are advising passengers to check their flight status frequently for updates.

For those flying into Medford, the situation remains more stable, with most incoming flights adhering to their scheduled arrival times. However, travelers should remain aware that weather conditions could change throughout the day, potentially leading to further delays or cancellations.

Passengers with canceled flights are encouraged to contact their airlines for rebooking options. Meanwhile, the airport is continuing to monitor weather conditions in hopes of resuming normal operations as soon as possible.

For real-time updates on flight status, travelers can visit the airport’s official website or follow local news outlets.
